Items may be sent back within 8 days of receiving for exchange only.
All items must be in original condition including all packaging and receipt. Original tags must be attached and items may not be worn, washed, damaged or tampered with. Signs of wear include: deodorant, perfume, makeup, sunscreen, ripped tags, etc.
If items are not in original condition, we will automatically charge you $20 for cleaning and restocking fees.
Bikini bottoms that do not have the hygienic liner attached in original condition will not be accepted for return.
We do not reimburse for return shipping however, we will cover the shipping of your exchanged item up to one time.
Final sale items may not be returned for store credit or exchange. All sale or discount coded items are considered final sale. No exceptions.
Please note that SEA YØU SWIM Ltd. is not liable for customs holding times and/or clearance fees. If a client rejects or refuses a delivery due to customs, there will be a $20 fee deducted from your eligible exchange amount.
STEPS FOR EXCHANGING AN ITEM:
1. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting an exchange. Include the following information: - First name, last name - Order number - Order date - Item/Colour/Size you wish to send back - Item/Colour/Size you wish to exchange it for
2. Pack up ALL items including original receipts, attached tags, hygienic sticker, etc. (See above exchange policy for further descriptions.)
3. Please send the package to the address provided in our email response. We strongly suggest purchasing some sort of tracking to keep watch on your delivery. If we do not receive your item, a refund will not be issued
4. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your item is exchanged and the new package is shipped out.
If you changed your mind or made a mistake in the order, we will do our best to help! You will have 30 minutes to cancel by contacting us at email@example.com
DAMAGED PRODUCT/SHIPPING ERRORS:
All garments are inspected during the manufacturing process and before release. In the event that you receive damaged merchandise, we will gladly replace or return your item. Damages shall include:
a) Visible holes
b) Noticeable discolouration
c) Any clear errors on print or text included on a product (eg. Misspelling or incorrect text alignment)
Please be aware, we do not take ownership or responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers.
